NEET 2025 Exam Pattern
NTA to announce online NEET 2025 registration in Jan/ Feb 2025. Exam schedule and exam pattern details of NEET 2025 will be available once the Brochure/ Information Bulletin is released. There will be no CBT Exam, only single pen-and-paper-based test will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) in the first Sunday of MAY 2025 ( 4 May 2025) – Tentative.
The NEET UG 2025 examination consists of four subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology. Each subject has two sections:
- Section A: 35 questions
- Section B: 15 questions (Candidates can attempt any 10 out of these 15 questions)
Marks Distribution:
- Each question carries 4 marks.
- Negative marking of 1 mark for incorrect answers.
- Unattempted questions are awarded no marks.

Important Rules:
- Multiple correct options or dropped questions will be handled as per specific rules, and candidates may receive full marks under certain circumstances.
